Report of day 27:
 
 
 
 
 
FOOD:
 
 
 
Breakfast: yogurt
 
At work: a banana
and an apple
(no pic)
 
Lunch: stem turnip,
and potato mash with vegetarian sauce
 
Dessert: yogurt
 
Afternoon cake: a piece of apple strudel
(puff pastry filled with apple pieces and raisins)
 
 
Dinner: green salad with some cherry tomatoes
(forgot to take pic)
 
 
 
 
 
 
EXERCISE:
 
 
 
 
20 minutes of soft yoga

STRESS MANAGEMENT:
 
 
 
 
Yoga helps.
 
 
So does getting enough sleep
- work was much easier today.
 
 
 
 
 
 
LOVE AND SUPPORT:
 
 
 
 
I've got wonderful workmates,
and happy to see that our "new ones"
seem to be very much okay, too.
