Ballast




Hello!




I am on 118,8kg now... 

... yes, I've been lower, 
 and I will be
lower again. 


I noticed something,
while cleaning up with the
#konmarimethod
and 
"Magic Cleaning":



The ballast in my room goes linked to ballast in my life goes linked to ballast on my body. 



Let it go...



... live simple...



... live lightly.

Better pleasures



At the health resort, 

but also earlier, by myself, 

I was reminded that I have to look for 

#betterpleasures

to reward myself than chocolate, chips, and other junk... 
(which in fact is rather a whip than a treat in the long run). 



So here go pics of some "treats" or "#betterpleasures" 
I've found so far:




A vigorous walk. 


Caipi for one. 
It works even if you're the only one!



A real good pizza with a friend. 
Can even be a "small" one. 
The taste is what's important. 



For special treat afternoons and to cure sluggishness, 
when it really needs to be chocolate'n'coffee:
it be the best available vegan chocolate you can get. 
And enjoy every tiny bit - 
because you'll only have these tiny bits. 



Walking at the sea one Sunday morning. 



After a really long and hard day:
Relaxing into the warm embrace of a bubble bath. 
Best cure for all known ills. 




Instead of Halloween treats:
A berry smoothie. 



When you're tired and motivationless on a rainy Sunday:
a good long nap on the sofa, and life will look better. 



Tea time. 




Enjoying the sheer beauty of fall. 




Health in a bottle. 
Green smoothie with spinach, lettuce, banana, and orange juice.
