2015, fifth challenge: A moderate amount

 
 
 

Time for a fifth challenge:

 
 
 

Eating a moderate amount.

 

 
 
 
 
 
BIG challenge for an overeater.
 
 
But we gotta start somewhere.
 
 

Take a second to consider what portion size you REALLY require,

and EAT THAT PORTION AND THAT PORTION ONLY.

How I did on this challenge:


Regular... or rather, NOT SO regular. 
I managed to eat somewhat normal portions until Friday. 
Then on the weekend, I overate again :(
