Let's do a challenge, shall we?
I'll call it:
An apple a day
Simply as it is to understand, I'll eat an apple every day
(and two or three if I feel like it).
Whenever I feel ready, I'll
Go Xtreme.
Means in this case:
Apple Day.
Only apples and apple juice that day.
(I must say, I am ending "Apple Week" now.
It went very well.
Luckily I had wonderful red and tasty apples that weren't hard or sour. (Hate that.)
The "Apple Go Xtreme Day" went very well, too.
Had it on Monday.
Okay, so I had two coffees as well.
But apple diet works.)
First challenge:
