Quick report:
FOOD:
Breakfast: muesli with oat milk
and a glass of multivitamin juice
Lunch: two pieces of fried Camembert cheese
and some potato salad
Dessert: joghurt
At work: two bread rolls with hummus
and a piece of joghurt & berries cake
(workmate's birthday)
- NO PHOTOS, FORGOT PHONE -
Night snack: A nectarine
and a banana
EXERCISE:
Didn't get to the gym today neither, but
went for a walk of an hour

STRESS MANAGEMENT:
Writing here
and having a good night's sleep
must do for today.
LOVE AND SUPPORT:
Getting good inputs from the "Feel The Love" community and staff.
Miss my sweetheart.
Growing affection towards my workmate Magdalena.
She's a fun girl to be with,
and when we have shift together and she came with the car,
she always drives me home,
so I don't need to wait and take the bus that is taking ages.
