For the last three or four weeks,
I have been walking with pain in my right leg...
for all that it seems,
I've torn some muscle in my calf,
right below the knee.
I was already anxious something was wrong with my knee.
At times, it hurt a lot.
But now it is getting better and I'm walking well again.
Maybe this was an alarm from my body:
"Hey there! I want a regular walking practice!
Not slouch on the couch 6 days a week and then go to the mountain on the 7th!"
